Shipping policy

Made to order. Each piece is produced by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, after you order. Production takes 2–7 business days before dispatch.

Items are produced at Printful facilities outside Nigeria, so delivery times are estimates. Carrier, customs and holiday delays can happen.

Delivery fee (Nigeria): ₦15,000 flat per order. Delivery is free on orders of ₦150,000 or more. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment. Pay by bank transfer to Access Bank, account number 1691350968, account name Idaeho Randy, then send your proof of payment and order number to WhatsApp +2347040295273. Orders go into production once payment is confirmed.

Customs, duties and taxes. International shipments may be charged import duty, VAT or handling fees by the Nigeria Customs Service or the delivering carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery fees and are paid by the buyer. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel may be returned, and you won't be eligible for a refund.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy: please give a full address and an active phone number, because carriers in Nigeria often call before delivering.
