Terms of service

1. About us. This store is operated by TIMEΠ("we", "us"), 7 Tunji Suleiman Street, Ilasan, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos 106104, Nigeria. By using shop.timeoe.com.ng or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and sizing. Our pieces are made to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Colours may look slightly different on screen or between production runs, and measurements are approximate. Please check the size guide before ordering. Sizing problems aren't covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice, but changes won't affect confirmed orders. We currently accept bank transfer to Access Bank, account number 1691350968, account name Idaeho Randy. Send your proof of payment and order number to WhatsApp +2347040295273. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud.

4. Orders and delivery. You're responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery details. Delivery within Nigeria is ₦15,000 per order, free on orders of ₦150,000 or more.

5. Discount codes. One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property. All TIMEŒ designs, the TIMEŒ name and logo, and site content belong to TIMEŒ. They may not be copied or resold without written permission.

8. Use of the site. Don't misuse the site. That includes attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

10. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the courts of Lagos State.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
